Finding The Right Book Page

Infants generally struggle with small daily tasks like finding the right page in their book. While this is a very small job, as a teacher with 30+ children in your class it can mean that doing book work becomes much more stressful than it needs to be.

I have found a way to make this task easier! Post-it notes!

I put a small post-it note on the edge of the page for the day’s work. When I am marking the books I simply just pop the post-it onto the next page and the books are ready to go again. All the children are quickly able to find their own page independently and my classroom life is made a little easier.
